Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
